- Where is the Student Desk located?
- The Student Desk is located on the ground floor in the Michael Tierney Building on Belfield campus. (Opposite the Arts block, adjacent to AIB bank)

Prospective Students
- I am a prospective student and I would like to meet a member of the admissions staff to discuss my application.
- You are welcome to visit the campus and speak with a representative from the Admissions Office at the Student Desk.

Current Students
- I cannot access my SIS web. What do I do?
- Please request a reset of your pin via the Student Desk Connector or phone (01) 716 1555

- How do I obtain my transcript/statement of results?
- You may obtain a transcript (graduates), academic statement or statement of results (current students) that will give details of your academic results. Please click on the appropriate document you require for further information: Academic Transcript, Academic Statement, Statement of Results
- Can my parents or my friends collect my results for me?
- You will be required to complete and sign a transcript application form. The person collecting your results on your behalf will be required to show this application form and a letter from you authorizing the Student Desk to release your results. If applying by email/fax please write the name of the person who will be collecting in the address section and sign the form. For more information click here
- I require details of the course content of my programme.

If you wish to obtain the calendar pages pre 2000 please email/phone our Transcript department with 'calendar pages' in the subject title & the specific details (years needed, course & student number)

- You may call into the Student Desk and get the forms stamped on the spot. Please have your student card with you for identification.

Dublin 4 - I wish to apply for a visa/bank account/grant and I require a letter stating that I am a student at UCD.
- The document you require is called a Certificate of Attendance and they can now be published online through SIS Web. Information on Certs of Attendance can be found here. Details on how to access & publish it can be found here

- You may change your address by logging on to the SIS Web.
Click on 'Personal Information' and then on 'Update Addresses'.
You may then make the necessary changes.
