|Entrants whose first language is not English should also provide proof of English language proficiency.|
|Any documentation not in English should be accompanied by an official English translation.
|Other original documents may be required (e.g. school-leaving results for transfer applicants or original references)
Original degree parchments cannot be substituted for the transcript
You can post them to

Yes, you can bring them in person to the Student Desk, Tierney Building, UCD, Belfield, Dublin 4 at any time during opening hours.
In the majority of cases your transcripts will then be verified and returned to you on the spot. If this is not possible, due the volume of documentation received on any given day, a time will be arranged when you can return to collect them.
The UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business carries out its own document verification procedures; students who will study with this School should not present their documents to UCD Applications for verification. Details are online on the Programme Page of the Smurfit Incoming Student Portal as well as the Orientation Pack that students receive in the Smurfit School of Business.
All offers of a place are subject to UCD's Terms and Conditions of Offer. All students must comply with the general regulations of the university
