University College Dublin is the only university offering the Degree of Bachelor of Agricultural Science in the Republic of Ireland and provides excellent teaching, laboratory and research station facilities. The University offers nine internationally recognised BAgrSc degree programmes in the business and science of agriculture and a BSc in Food Science programme. Each of the degree programme options is designed to educate the professionals who will play leading roles in key sectors of the economy.
Entry to first year is available on a competitive basis to students who have attained the relevant awards with the required modules. The information below is relevant to

Pass in the following QQI-FET Level 5 awards with distinctions (80% or better) in a minimum of 5 modules::

The award must include distinctions (80% or better) in the following modules:
