REGULATIONS APPLICABLE TO ALL EXAMINATIONS IN THE BACHELOR OF CIVIL LAW DEGREE COURSE



HONOURS AT FIRST, SECOND AND BACHELOR OF CIVIL LAW DEGREE EXAMINATIONS

"Preponderance" shall mean a majority of a given grade or above.

The Examinations Board retains a discretion to derogate from the normal application of Marks and Standards where individual circumstances make it just and reasonable to do so.

Compensation will be awarded in not more than one subject provided that candidates do not fall below 35% in any subject and that they have excess marks in one other subject equivalent to double the deficiency.
