With the exception of the First Veterinary Medicine Examination, each University Examination must be passed within two years from the date of entry to that course. Students who fail with less than 40% in each of two of the three subjects in the Autumn examinations of the First Veterinary Medicine Examination will be excluded from that course.

VMDPP0001 DIPLOMA IN VETERINARY NURSING

The General Regulations apply

The examination for each year of the programme should normally be passed within two years of entering that year. Normally, all examinations must be passed before proceeding to the next year of the program

The Diploma may be awarded with distinction on an aggregate of 65% of the marks obtained over the three years of the course

Normally, a Distinction will be awarded only when each examination is passed at the firsrt attempt and when subjects are passed together
