The Online Module Grade Calculator is available to assist module coordinators in calculating the impact potential component grade/mark changes would have on an overall grade. The calculator does not make any change to the grading record of the student; it is purely a calculation tool.
Please note that module coordinators should no longer use any previous Excel versions of the Module Grade Calculator, as their accuracy is not guaranteed. The Online Module Grade Calculator should be used for any such calculations.
To access the Grade Calculator
- From InfoHub go to My InfoHub Reports and select My Grading Class List (MC400)
- Select the module for which you wish to check component grade changes by clicking on the number of students Registered.
- Click on a student name to access grade calculator
- Enter the new component grade(s) and/or mark(s) and Recalculate Final Grade
[This report provides a summary of grades recorded for your modules and allows you to drill to student details & grade distribution information]
To hold a Special Programme Examination Board, which falls outside of the standard Grade Approvals Process (GAP), the below excel template needs to be populated and submitted via the below Google Form. Please note that this form needs to be submitted 20 working days prior to the proposed Special Programme Examination Board and can take place no later than 4 weeks prior to relevant Conferral date. This is to ensure that completing students are processed in a timely manner for inclusion in the UCD Conferral Schedule.
Following submission, a member of the Assessment Team will be in contact to confirm the details of your submission. If you need to discuss the above timelines prior to submitting the form, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please ensure to complete the required Statements of Results Request template and submit this via the Statement of Results Request Form. The expected turnaround time for Statement processing is up to 5 working days from the date of submission. Once your request has been processed you will receive an email from a member of the Assessment team to confirm the date of collection.
N.B. Please note that during busy periods the time lines for completion of Statement of Results requests will be extended. For example, the Grade Approvals Process involves blocking reporting access to certain programmes which may include those you are requesting Statements for. In these instances requests cannot be processed until after the Grade Approvals Process is complete.
If you have any questions about your submission please contact your designated College Assessment liaison or email email@example.com.
