UCD Research Skills & Career Development was established under the UCD Research Careers Framework. The UCD Framework establishes a structured and supportive skills and early career development model for Post-Doctoral Research Fellows (PD Fellows) at UCD.

Human Resources Strategy for Researchers (HRS4R)
The European Commission has awarded UCD their "HR excellence in Research" logo in recognition of the University’s ongoing efforts to implement best-practice principles for the recruitment of researchers and researchers’ activities in UCD.
