The UCD Institute of Food and Health is a world-class centre for food and health research. It collaborates with industry, funders and other researchers to create valuable knowledge and expertise, which it shares for the benefits of its stakeholders.

 ABOUT UCD INSTITUTE OF FOOD AND HEALTH

The Institute brings together academic and research staff from across UCD in health-related aspects of food research, and aligns research efforts with national, international and industry research agendas.

FUNDING

With competitively-achieved funding from the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, Enterprise Ireland, Science Foundation Ireland, EU Framework Programme and other public and private funders, food and health research income in the Institute has come to over €25 million since 2008.

COLLABORATION
