Graduated with a PhD in Animal Nutrition from UCD in 2008. During my PhD I studied and published on the effects of non-starch polysaccharides on intestinal health and environmental emissions in swine. Specifically, dietary manipulation to reduce N excretion, manure NH3 and odour emissions in swine was investigated. Appointed UCD lecturer in Grass and Forage Science, 2007. |
