Teaching Philosophy

The design studio provides a special kind of learning, a space for reciprocal thinking. Studio practice combines learning-by-doing with opportunities for direct guidance, hand-in-hand with an open invitation for reflective exploration. Studio teaching equips students with skills and knowledge, encourages curiosity and inspires creative and critical thinking.
