Biography

Dr.Megan (Min) Zhang is a Lecturer in Global Business Service. She completed her PhD in International Business and Strategy at Ivey Business School at Western University in Canada. 

Megan's main research interests focus on FDI strategy and institutional environment, joint ventures and networked multinational enterprises, emerging markets and multinationals, and global value chains. Megan has published in the Asia Pacific Business Review. In addition, two essays of her PhD dissertation were nominated for the best conference papers. She also wrote a business case printed on two textbooks.

Megan is teaching in the area of Global Business. During her PhD, she taught business cases in Global Strategy and Venturing in International Firms. She also taught the Multinational Management at Shanghai International Studies University.

She also holds a BA and an MA in IT engineering, and an MBA from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) in Shanghai. Prior to her PhD program, Megan worked at multinational enterprises for ten years in functions such as R&D, customer service and business consulting.
