Biography

I received a PhD in economics from Northwestern University in 2000.  From 2000 to 2006 I was a research fellow at the Public Policy Institute of California in San Francisco.  From 2006 to 2012, I was an assistant professor of economics and the associate director of the Center for Business and Economic Research at the University of Kentucky.  I have been at UCD since 2012.
