Research Interests

My research interests include Bayesian analysis, classification, machine learning and methods for dealing with missing data. To date I have been researching model based machine learning techniques to find predictive biomarkers in proteomic data with a focus on prostate cancer and arthritis and also researching current and new techniques for dealing with missing data.
