Biography

My primary research focus is medical image analysis, particularly diffusion tensor MRI and positron emission tomography. My principal research areas include; diffusion tensor image registration and tractography for neurological and cardiology diagnosis, quantitative measurements of regional bone turnover with 18F-PET and organelle footprinting through global analysis of Rab protein localisation. My research benefits from an extensive interdisciplinary network of leading national and international collaborators.
