Dr. Breen is Senior Clinical Lecturer in General Practice in the School of Medicine and Medical Science at UCD. He is a trainer in the UCD/HSE Specialist Training Scheme in General Practice and is the Chairperson of the Trainers' Workshop.
He teaches on Immediate Care courses run by UCD's Centre for Emergency Medical Science. He is a former Skills Fellow in Minor Surgery for the Irish College of General Practitioners.
