I received my PhD from the Department of Computing Science, Glasgow University, Scotland U.K. in 2011. My PhD thesis was about generalizing the theory of nonlinear dynamic systems for arbitrarily large networks and applying this theory to understand the evolution of biochemical networks in yeast.
I am currently working as a Post Doctoral Researcher in Systems Biology Ireland, U.C.D. under the supervision of Prof. Boris Kholodenko and Prof. Walter Kolch. My current work is focused on developing statistical techniques for inferring network topology from biological data. My research interest is in Mathematical and Statistical modeling of biochemical pathways.
