Biography

Mary Kemple  RGN, SCM, ITN cert, BNS, MSc, FFNRCSI, qualified as a general nurse and midwife and  has worked in Ireland and overseas in various locations. Mary is a registered nurse teacher with extensive experience teaching nursing at undergraduate and post graduate levels.

Her research interests include chronic illness, patient centered issues and nursing. She has been involved in a number of funded research projects in patients with chronic illness. She has supervised minor dissertations to completion with a number of postgraduate specialist diploma students and master's students. She is an active member of several professional organisations and has sat on external examination boards for other third level colleges.
