Biography

Senior Lecturer/ Director of the Doctoral Training Programme in Clinical Psychology at University College Dublin.

Part time appointment as a Principal Clinical Psychologist at the Children's University Hospital, Temple St.

I am both a practicing clinician and an academic researcher.

In recent years a significant focus of my work is the development and evaluation of child friendly Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) interventions for young people delivered through a computer game and App called "Pesky Gnats". Our team would like to contribute to the transformation of mental health intervention for young people through technology.  We believe the funding (or lack of funding) to a service should not be a barrier to any young person accessing our games and Apps.

Please visit us at www.PeskyGnats.com for details or follow us on twitter @peskygnats

Feel free to drop me an email
