NovaUCD Bioincubation Lab
NovaUCD implement the UCD Intellectual Property Policy and Procedures, which were introduced in July 2006. The Policy provides for a significant increase in the level of commercial income distributed to researchers and other creators of IP.
As well as overseeing the IP Policy, NovaUCD provides advisory and training services in relation to the identification, protection and exploitation of IP resulting from UCD Research. UCD has a growing portfolio of licensing opportunities, particularly in ICT and Life Sciences, available for exploitation by campus companies and other NovaUCD clients in industry and throughout the business community.
NovaUCD provides advice in the following areas:
NovaUCD offers training and continuing professional development on various aspects of intellectual property and commercialisation.
NovaUCD is an active member of a number of leading international networks of technology transfer professionals including AURIL, AUTM, UNICA, LES and ProTon Europe.
