Welcome to UCD Residences
CAO STUDENTS:
Should you receive an offer of a place in UCD from the CAO(1st round offers expected circa Aug 2011) you should accept this offer as soon as possible. The CAO will notify UCD of your acceptance and two days after you have accepted your offer UCD will email you to offer you a room dependent on your place on the waiting list- i.e. If you accept your offer before 17.00 on the 22nd Aug 2011 dependent on your place on the waiting list you will be offered a room from 16.00 on the 24th Aug 2011. Once you receive this email you have 24hrs to go online and pick your room and pay your deposit. If you do not do this within 24hrs the offer will be rescinded and the room offered to the next person on the waiting list. If you offer expires you may rejoin the end of the waiting list.Rooms will continue to be offered to those on the waiting list each day from 16.00.
CURRENT UCD STUDENTS:
All rooms are currently booked and there is a waiting list. We advise students to look for off campus accommodation or to check back with the residences in early Sept to see if rooms have become available.The residences offer a facility to assist students with searching for off campus accommodation, this is located in Merville and is open Mon- Fri from 8.00-18.00.
