Coming Soon UCD Residences Roebuck hall 2Are you planning on coming to UCD next year?
If so read on and we think you might be surprised at the unique offer that we can make.
To be ready for September 2010, we are currently building a new 133 bed Catered Halls of Residence. Each unit will be made up of 12 single en suite rooms with shared kitchenette, lounge and a quiet shared study room.
A unique development for UCD this grouping of 12 students facilitates group learning and fosters lifelong friendships.
These units come “catered”. Included in the rental price is a cooked breakfast and evening meal Monday to Friday, a brunch and evening meal on Saturday and lunch on Sunday, and we can be flexible by providing a hamper for those who cannot take a meal because they are commuting!
As part of our drive to build community we will also hold (at no extra cost) a number of meals and barbecues each year which will be a great chance to get to know your fellow residents and mingle with a diverse group of students from all walks of life.
So, if you would like to remove the hassle of food shopping and cooking in an already hectic schedule and avail of healthy hot meals at a very competitive price, this would be the solution for you.
