Summer Occupancy

The standard license to reside terminates at the end of May (Please check your license to reside for the exact date). Some students may wish to remain on campus after the termination of the License period.  The following arrangements are possible:

Semester 3 / Summer Occupancy Requirements

Both the Glenomena and Proby Hall Residences facilitate a third semester occupancy during the summer period.  

If you are currently residing in either Proby or Glenomena and have not booked the 50 week License you may contact the accommodation office in your residence and apply to stay for the third semester.

UCD Residents residing in other locations may also apply to Glenomena/Proby to reside for the summer period.  If successful you will still be required to vacate your room / apartment under your existing License to Reside and you will move to the new location under a new License to Reside.

Short Term Requirements

Short term requirements can be facilitated through UCD Summer Accommodation.  You will still be required to vacate your room / apartment as normal and will need to contact UCD Summer Accommodation in advance to book available space in their locations.  They can be contacted on +353 1 716 1333
