Dr. John O'Connor was invited to deliver the Conway Review Lecture by the RAMI, and awarded the Academy's Silver Medal in recognition of his work on the effects of pro-inflammatory agents on synaptic signaling before and during hypoxic insults to neurons

SBBS students and graduate students were conferred with their degrees on Friday 7th September, 2012. Recipients of the School's academic prizes received their medals and certificates at a reception hosted by SBBS staff.
