The following describes the policies and requirements that apply to all PhD students registered for postgraduate PhD research degrees starting from September 2006.  It is essential that each student is aware of these requirements and that they proactively plan her /his activities in order to satisfy them. If you require clarification concerning these policies, you should discuss them with your Doctoral Studies Panel, the Graduate Director, the SBBS Graduate Administrator or the Head of School.

SBBS "Biochemists examining NMR Results" by Prof. P. Malthouse Researchers are examining NMR spectra of a protein which promotes insulin secretion. This could be important in helping to treat diabetes.
