Taught Postgraduate
The UCD School of Social Justice offers a range of postgraduate programmes at Certificate, Diploma, Masters and PhD levels as well as a range of Outreach programmes and Contiuning Professional Development Programmes. The programmes are flexible, they may be taken full-time or part-time and many classes are offered in the evening. There are progression routes from Certificate to Diploma to masters programmes and there is a very wide range of modules on offer in all programmes.
MSc Equality Studies
Interdisciplinary programme addressing areas such as Minorities, Rights and Discrimination, Class, Capitalism and Social Justice, Resistance, Ideology and Social change; Global Justice and Development ;Gender, Care and the State
MA in Women, Gender & Society
Interested in exploring further how gender plays a crucial role in the way we see the world and in how the world is organised.
Grad Dip in Equality Studies
Interdisciplinary programme with progression route to the MSc Equality Studies programme.
Grad Dip in Women, Gender & Society
Examine society from the standpoint of women and the process of social and economic justice from the perspective of both women and men.
Grad Cert in Equality Studies
An Interdisciplinary programme with progression route to the Grad Dip Equality Studies programme.
Prof Cert in Social Justice
A 10 credit programme in the area of Equality Studies or Women’s Studies
