Amanda Slevin: Sociology PhD Student Granted Scholarship from University of Oslo
Amanda Slevin was recently granted a scholarship from the International Summer School, University of Oslo, to participate in its ‘Energy, Environment and Sustainable Development’ programme. This course of study, part funded by the UCD Graduate Research Innovation Fund, aided Amanda’s PhD research on the Irish State’s management of its gas and oil, particularly in comparison to Norway with its distinctive model of state hydrocarbon management.
