    Prestige 5-a-side Pitches

    This multipurpose synthetic grass area was built in 2004.  The six pitches, which are floodlit,  can be booked for five-a-side games by UCD students, staff and clubs.  Schools, other colleges, sporting bodies and the general public are also permitted to book the pitches at higher rates.

    Prestige 11-a-side Pitch

    This multi-purpose synthetic grass pitch was built in 2004.  The pitch which is floodlit, is suitable for a wide range of sports including soccer, gaelic games, rugby and for general training purposes.  The actual playing surface is FIFA approved.

    The pitch can be booked for eleven-a-side games by UCD students, staff and clubs.  Schools, other colleges, sporting bodies and the general public are also permitted to book the pitch at higher rates.

    Devlin Park and R2 Synthetic Pitches

    During the Summer of 2007, Devlin Park GAA pitch and R2 Rugby were converted to synthetic surfaces with the latest artificial grass technology installed. Both surfaces are approved by the relevant governing bodies for matches and training.  It is envisaged that these two surfaces will alleviate pressure on the remaining natural grass pitches during the winter months.  Both pitches are available for hire on a limited basis by students, staff and members of the public.
