Climbing Wall
Recently upgraded the climbing wall is located in Hall A of the Sports Centre. The wall which features some of the best characteristics for a facility of its kind , is extremely popular attracting large numbers each day.
Membership for the climbing wall is available in two options. Option 1 - €120 per year plus €3.50 entry fee upon visit. Option 2 - €250 & No entry fee upon each visit. School groups are also permitted to use the climbing wall at a cost of €45 for groups of ten who must be accompanied by one instructor and one supervisor.
Non-members of the climbing wall are charged €8 per visit. Members of the student mountaineering club are entitled to use the wall free of charge during club time.Courses are available on a monthly basis, The courses cover the basics of climbing in a fun & safe enviroment. We run courses for Adult Beginners and also for Children aged 10 yrs to 18yrs.

Sunday 4th October 10.30am-12.30pm
Cost 25euro per person payable on booking. places limited to 9 per course.
November Juvenille Induction Climbing Course
The Climbing wall is also availiable for Birthday Parties, Depending on Parties' requirements we can provide the use of the wall and instruction by qualified instructors. The maximum* per group is 12 children and the minimum age is 8.
Please note that usage of the climbing wall may be restricted when certain activities are taking place in Hall A.
