Athletics Paddy Fay bids farewell to UCD

UCD Sport wishes to announce the retirement of Paddy Fay as athletics coach to the athletes working with our High Performance Unit.  After many years of service to the athletes Paddy has decided to relocate to the warmer climate of Spain where he intends to work as a speed consultant.  During his time with UCD Paddy has coached international athletes such as Joanne Cuddihy, Fiona O'Friel, Mairead Murphy and Paul Oppermann.

Commenting on his move Paddy said "I especially want to thank, Lisa, Kyle, John and Eoghan , the athletes and  all the other members of the HP team for the respect , courtesy and support  they have shown me over the years. It has been a most rewarding experience and has contributed immensely to the ongoing progress of my coaching career".
