UCD took on the dominant League leaders, Lansdowne in the UCD Bowl on Saturday to attempt to curtail their ever increasing lead in the league.

Lansdowne's incessant march towards promotion continues as they take the midway turn a full 14 points clear of the pack after they took the spoils at Belfield, beating Dublin rivals UCD 22-33.

UCD were out at the weekend to try and stop the dominance of the current league leaders and everybody was hoping they could step up to the plate. It was a double effort for UCD as there U20 side were travelling away to Lansdowne to make their attempts at the underage side.
