Sudden Adult Death Seminar

The UCD Athletic Union Council in conjunction with the UCD Institute for Sport & Health and Dun Laoghaire Rathdown Local Sports Partnership has organised a free seminar on Sudden Adult Death Syndrome with particular reference to sports participants.

The seminar will take place at 6.30p.m. on Tuesday 20^th April 2010 in C004 Health Sciences.  Speaker at the event is Prof. Grey Whyte Professor of Applied Sports & Exercise Science, Liverpool John Moores University; Director of the Charity and cardiovascular screening agency Cardiac Risk in the Young.

This seminar is open to UCD students, staff, graduates, members of the public, local sports clubs, parents, coaches, managers, administrators etc.  indeed all are welcome.
