Two quickfire goals from UCD entering the last ten minutes decided this Evening Herald Dublin SFC duel at OToole Park on Friday night.

The sides were level for the fith time entering the final straight before Wexford senior Ciarán Lyng drilled low to the net and while Davis were still reeling Laois senior John O'Loughlin added the second and knockout blow.

Davis' did reply with a Stephen McKeon penalty on 56 minutes to leave a goal in it before Laois senior Donie Kingston and Lyng pointed to see the Belfield boys into the next round.
