At UCD Sport & Fitness, we offer a luxury spa experience in our tepidarium. This area is ideal for unwinding after a long day or relaxing after a strenuous workout.

The tepidaruim’s finest features are the sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. There is also a crushed ice dispenser, drinking water fountains, and heated seats, as well as 3 tropical and scented showers, and a Kneipp walk pool, which is used to boost circulation: everything you need for an all over wellness experience.
