Terms of Reference

  • To provide an opportunity for staff to network and share experiences in a relaxed, confidential and supportive environment, about working with a disability.
  • To be a source of peer support for UCD staff.
  • To enable the views of the network to inform policy development and decision-making at the University.
  • To work with the UCD Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) group to develop ideas for improvement where required.
