Mindfulness 2018

What is Mindfulness

Mindfulness means paying attention in a particular way:

on purpose,

in the present moment,

and nonjudgementally.                --- Jon Kabat-Zinn

Mindfulness skills help us to break some of the unconscious habits of thinking and behaving that stop us from living life to the full. Tp find out more about how mindfulness is useful for university students please see mindfulnessforstudents.co.uk
