The UCD Chaplaincy team is there for you - offering support and comfort especially in times of distress, illness, bereavement or other personal challenges.
The Chaplaincy centre at St. Stephen’s is a wonderful facility for students. It is a hub of activity throughout the year. Many student societies meet and greet here and form lasting friendships - Newman, Livingstones, Christian Union, World Aid, Baha’I to mention just a few. A glance at our website will show the wide variety of activities that take place here: Youth3000 prayer meetings, inter-denominational discussions and Bible studies, ecumenical prayer services + food and fellowship, Interfaith fora which bring together the major religions represented on campus, etc. etc. The Chaplaincy also organises annual pilgrimages to Compostela.
The chaplaincy service is available to all students. Chaplains and Student Advisers work closely with other welfare and academic services to ensure that you get the most from your time at UCD.
