COMPLETE YOUR REGISTRATION

What you need to know
Online registration is currently open for you to review your personal details, pay fees and upload a photo for your student card (if necessary).
Access it by logging into your UCD Connect Account, clicking on the Student Life tab, selecting SISWeb and clicking on the Enter Registration Process button.
To confirm your registration log into SISWeb and click on the Enter Registration button. Please do this by Friday, 30 January 2015.

PAY YOUR FEES
|
What you need to know
You must pay the appropriate amount of fees in order to be a fully registered student. Check for key dates and information on how much you need to pay.
If you have any fees outstanding it may affect your ability to register for 2014/15 or graduate if completing your studies. There is more information about this on the website.
Online payments can be made through your SISWeb account. To view your fees balance, visit SISWeb, enter your UCD student number and password and click on the Registration, Fees and Assessment tab.

CHECK YOUR GRANT APPLICATION
|
What you need to know
If you have applied to SUSI for a grant there is no need to contact UCD about it as SUSI will tell us if your application is successful. You can check on your grant application using the SUSI online tracker.
In the meantime you should pay at least one third of the amount you can see on the fees page in SISWeb.

GET YOUR UCARD
|
What you need to know
New students - you should collect your UCD Student Card (UCARD) from the UCARD Bureau. Make sure you have uploaded your photo online in advance. To do this, go to the UCD ID Photo page in Online Registration.
Continuing students - once you have registered and paid the appropriate fee, your student card will be reactivated for 2014/15.
Remember to keep your UCARD with you at all times as you will need it for identification purposes, for access to UCD services and to sit your exams.

VIEW YOUR STUDENT RECORD
|
What you need to know
You can view your student record in SISWeb at any point. To do this, log into SISWeb using your UCD student number and password. Click on the Registration, Fees & Assessment tab and select UView in the menu list.
UView allows you to check information such as your Programme history, contact information, module registration, GPA and grades.
