COMPLETE YOUR REGISTRATION
|
What you need to know
Online registration is currently open for you to confirm registration, review your personal details, pay fees and upload a photo for your student card (if necessary).
Confirm your registration by logging into SISWeb and clicking on the Enter Registration Process button. Please do this by Thursday, 1 June 2017. This allows you to obtain/reactivate your UCD Student Card (UCARD) and gain access to the wide range of facilities available to our students.

PAY YOUR FEES
|
What you need to know
You must pay the appropriate amount of fees in order to be a fully registered student. Check the website for key dates and information on what/when to pay.
If you have any fees outstanding, it may affect your ability to register for 2016/17 or graduate if completing your studies. There is more information about this on the website.
If you are on a multi-year programme please remember your fees may be subject to change from year to year. Please check the UCD Fees website for further information for non EU students.
Online payments can be made through your SISWeb account. To view your fees balance, visit SISWeb, enter your UCD student number and password and click on the Registration, Fees and Assessment tab.

CHECK YOUR GRANT APPLICATION
|
What you need to know
If you have applied to SUSI for a grant there is no need to contact UCD as SUSI will tell us if your application is successful. You can check on your grant application using the SUSI online tracker.

COLLECT OR REACTIVATE YOUR UCARD
|
What you need to know
New students - you should collect your UCD Student Card (UCARD) from the UCARD Bureau. Make sure you have uploaded your photo online in advance. To do this, go to the UCD ID Photo page in Online Registration.
Continuing students - once you have confirmed your registration, your student card will be reactivated for 2016/17.
Remember to keep your UCARD with you at all times as you will need it for identification purposes, for access to UCD services and to sit your exams.

VIEW YOUR STUDENT RECORD
|
What you need to know
You can view your student record in SISWeb at any point. Do this by logging into SISWeb using your UCD student number and password. Click on the Registration, Fees & Assessment tab and select UView in the menu list.
UView allows you to check information such as your Programme history, contact information, module registration, GPA and grades.

CHECK YOUR UCD EMAIL PREFERENCES
|
What you need to know
The University uses email as an official means of communication with students and provides a UCD Connect email to each student for this purpose.
In addition to the UCD Connect email account, copies of emails will also go to your personal email account if you have provided that information.
What you need to do
- Go to the ‘My Profile’ tab in SISWeb and check that your personal details are up to date.
- If you don’t want UCD to use your personal email address, you can tell us using the ‘My Profile’ tab.
Please note
Your UCD Connect email address remains the main point of contact for all communications.

CAMPUS CAR PARKING

What you need to know
A permit car parking system is in operation on the Belfield and Blackrock campuses. Eligible UCD community members (including students) may apply for a UCD Parking Permit. Read more about parking in UCD.
