UCDVO in partnership with Camara Education are holding a computer drop off day on campus on Tuesday,15 November 2016. Computer reuse is more socially and environmentally beneficial than computer recycling, keeping machines out of landfills and enriching the lives of up to 21 children with each computer. AIB seeks student entries for its DataHack with €8,000 prize fund

AIB is inviting students from third level institutions to enter the annual AIB DataHack which has a prize fund of €8,000. Participants will compete to solve a data problem or build an app to promote energy efficiency and sustainability. Check out the website for more information.

World renowned Professor of Economics, Jeffrey D. Sachs, to receive the UCD Ulysses Medal

World renowned Professor of Economics, Jeffrey D. Sachs, will visit UCD on Tuesday, 25 October to receive the UCD Ulysses Medal.The UCD Ulysses Medal acknowledges Sachs' outstanding global contribution as one of the world’s leading experts on economic development, global macroeconomics, and the fight against poverty. Volunteer as a Tutor with the UCDVO IT Skills Exchange

UCDVO has teamed up with 121 Digital and the Association of Missionaries and Religious of Ireland (AMRI) to facilitate a number of IT Skills Exchange workshops for returned missionaries. We are currently looking to recruit Tutors for the course. More information is available on our website.
