The Irish Young Philosopher Awards – IYPA 2018 - Deadline Extended to 12 April 2018

IYPA 2018 encourages primary and secondary school students to become involved in philosophy through a nationwide competition based on individual and group philosophy projects. Awards will be made at the IYPA Festival to be held in UCD in May.

Student Support Fund (SSF) Available for Part-Time Students

Part time students can now apply to the Student Support Fund (SSF). This is a means-tested fund intended to help students who are experiencing financial challenges in college as a result of ongoing low income.

The Irish Universities Association launches 10 scholarships of €1000 each which will be available to Irish Students for a summer school/internship in Beijing, China in 2018. Applications will open on Friday, 30 March 2018. More information is available online.
