|UCD Better Bones is a community based exercise programme that is suitable for improving bone health. It involves exercises designed by chartered physiotherapists targeted at sustaining bone health, as well as educational talks from a dietitian and pharmacist. This programme starts on 23 May for seven weeks. Better Hearts, a programme designed for improving cardiovascular health after a cardiac event, starts on 23 May for six weeks.
