WHAT IS THE 'MY RECORD' PAGE?
It is accessed through SIS Web and provides you with key information relating to your student record. It enables you to review your record in one convenient location and helps you to identify areas where you may need further support. Over time it will be developed to act as an interactive platform which will provide useful information and alerts on potential concerns such as workload and registration.

- Who has access to the ‘My Record’ page?

All Undergraduate, Erasmus, Study Abroad, Graduate and Certificate/Diploma students can view their individual record through this page.
All staff with a role in supporting students can view relevant information through this page.
- How do I access the ‘My Record’ page?
- You can access the page through the Student Services tab in SIS Web.
- What information is available?
- Currently the report lists the following information per student type:
Undergraduate, Erasmus, Study Abroad & Certificate/Diploma Students
- The page displays your current contact information. This information can be updated via the Update Address(es) and Phone(s) link on SIS Web.
- It also shows your Programme Summary (all Programmes, Majors and Stages by Term).
- Finally your current and past modules are listed, including information on stages, levels, grades (where available) and semesters attempted.
Graduate Taught and Research Students
In addition to the information listed above, the page also displays information specific to Graduate students where available.
This includes information on Major theses, Supervisors, Doctoral Study Panel Members, as well as key dates such as Viva, approval date etc.
