Academic Statement

A Statement of Results is a short document listing the marks/grades obtained in each module for a specific exam period (i.e. per year or per semester). There is a fee of €10 for two original copies which also includes the cost of postage.

Note: If you have completed your degree a transcript would suit you better as it will list all of your academic history in one document, rather than ordering a Statement of Results for each year.

How to access your Statement of Results

If you began your degree from the year 2006 onwards, you can access your Statements of Results online via SISWeb immediately free of charge.

If you need to order a hard copy version of your statement you can do so online via SIS. There is a charge of €10 for two copies (postage is included).

How to order a hard copy

  1. Log in to www.ucd.ie/sisweb. Username is your student ID and password is your date of birth in the format DDMMYY
  2. If alumni, go to the Academic Services tab. If a current student go to the Registration, Fees & Assessment tab.
  3. Go to Official Documents > Request Hard Copy Documents
  4. Go to New Request > Alternative Address (enter additional comments if required) > Choose Option (document type)
