If someone close to you dies, this can affect you in a deep and personal way. It can also lead to many
practical, academic and personal challenges. For example, you may need to take time out from UCD to
attend the funeral and you may need to miss some exams. Or, you may find it hard to concentrate on
your studies and feel that you may not do as well as you normally would because of what has happened.
