How To Pay Your Student Health Charge

 There are two methods of paying your student health charge: 

1)      Electronically

2)      Cash

 

You cannot pay for your medical visits in the Health Centre.

 1) Paying Electronically:

Go to www.ucd.ie

Log onto UCD Connect

In UCD Connect Choose the “My Records” tab

Click on the SIS (Student Information System)

 In SIS Click on the “Student Services” tab

 Click on the Student Health Account

 You will now be brought to your Transaction History

Follow the on screen instructions to pay by Laser or Credit card

After paying you can print of a copy for your own records

OR

Log onto https://sisweb.ucd.ie/usis/twbkwbis.P_GenMenu?name=homepage

Input your Student Number and your Pin (your date of birth)

Click on the Student Health Account

You will now be brought to your Transaction History

Follow the on screen instructions to pay by Laser or Credit card

After paying you can print of a copy for your own records

2) Paying in Cash:

You can pay your student health charge in cash also. However you cannot pay in cash at the student health centre main desk.

To pay in cash visit Room 201B in the Engineering Building on Monday, Tuesday and Friday 11.30am to 1.30pm and 2.30pm to 5.00pm.

Viewing my Student Health Transaction History:

You can view your Transaction History at any time by logging onto your Student Services Account on SIS (Student Information System) which can be accessed by logging onto your UCD Connect.

This will detail the number of visits you have had to the student health centre, the date of your visit and the cost incurred.

It will also offer you a method of electronic payment, you can pay in amounts of five (i.e 5, 10, 15 etc). Once you make a payment, you can print off a receipt of payment.
