I would like to speak with a psychiatrist

Dr. Geoffrey O' Donoghue is our psychiatrist in UCD Student Health Service and is available to registered students of UCD.

Our psychiatrist clinics are available Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings.

To arrange an appointment, students must have a referral from one of the following:

  • The GP at Student Health.
  • A GP outside of Student Health.
  • A psychiatrist outside of Student Health.

All consultations are charged at €50

If you have been schedule for an appointment which will take place “face to face” in person with Dr O'Donoghue, please read the following instructions.

When you arrive in the Student Centre please use the self-check in pod & take a seat on the bench outside our door or on one of the red chairs outside of the double doors.

Dr O’Donoghue will come out to collect you.

Please do not attend your appointment if you have any symptoms of Covid-19. Stay home and ring reception on 01 716 3134.
