UTL Professional Programmes Graduation 2017 12.09.17

Congratulations to the 2017 graduates of the Professional Programmes University Teaching and Learning. There were 47 graduates in total from the Professional Programmes this year, 8 from the two year Professional Diploma Programme, 25 from the one year Professional Certificate Programme and 14 from the Certificate of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Programme.

Professional Programmes in University Teaching and Learning are in-service programmes for those who are currently teaching in higher education. They offer academics at different stages of their careers opportunities to review and improve their teaching skills and their understanding of approaches and theories in effective higher education.

The modules the lecturers studied included: Becoming a Better University Teacher, Embedding Research in Teaching, Assessing for Teaching and Learning and Active Learning with Technology.
