High Definition Video Conferencing Suite Acquired 09.04.10

UCD Teaching & Learning  has acquired a High Definition Video Conference suite courtesy of IT Services and HEANet. The Polycom HDX system will allow for multipoint conferencing and with additional software one may even join a conference from their own desktop computer. HEANet also provides a full recording and archive service for all events. The equipment forms part of the dedicated facilities of the Teaching and Learning Seminar Room in Woodview House.
