Presentations on creativity and innovation in teaching and learning were made by NAIRTL National Teaching Award recipients: Dr Susan Bergin (NUIM); Dr Amanda Gibney (UCD); Dr Michael Seery, DIT.  Melanie Farrell, DCU (Uaneen module graduate) made a presentation on her experience of service learning.

The event was attended by academic and professional staff engaged in the enhancement of teaching and learning from across the participating institutions.  A series of workshops took place where participants focused on identifying future teaching and learning issues for collaborative development across the Dublin Region.  The outcomes of the event will inform the direction of the future work of the Dublin Centre for Academic Development.
