Study Skills for Transition to University 30.07.10

Lecture halls in UCD are a very different learning environment to that which secondary school students are used.  The skill sets necessary in university have not overtly been taught in school.  In the latest of a planned series of videos showcasing teaching developments in UCD, Feargal Murphy, Vice Principal for Teaching & Learning, College of Arts and Celtic Studies talks about the first-year module he developed to teach study skills which students must master in order to develop their learning in UCD.  Click here to view the video.
